Christopher Lindner - December 2008
With great sadness, I regret to inform you that Christopher, Cub in the 1st Elmira Cub Pack, has Gone Home Sunday, December 7th, 2008 - 2 weeks after his 9th birthday. Christopher was awarded the Award of Fortitude in May, 2008 for his unbeatable spirit and determination during his battle with cancer. He received his Six Star Recognition plaque on November 4th, 2008 after testing for his 4 remaining stars. This Scouting year, Christopher earned 5 activity badges, 5 stars and 3 awards. Christopher loved Scouting and certainly made the most of the camps he could attend. He particularly enjoyed his last camp at the Scout Brigade of Fort George with his entire family.

Christopher will be sadly missed by all, but most of all by his big sister and best friend Nicole. To all those who met Christopher, I ask that you say a prayer for his parents and sister, to give them strength during these particular hard days.
